If you had scuffed-up white football helmets without facemasks, those costumes would have been even further off the charts. Superb stuff. The only costumes of mine that even come close were sophomore year (a box of wine, complete with working wine spigot) and last year (in Texas -- my fellow officers and I went as the cast of "Boogie Nights")... wow. I mean, X-Wing pilots... so freaking cool.

That said -- where did you buy orange jumpsuits? Only you two and the Beastie Boys seem to have them.

Lindsay's explanation aside, we bought the jumpsuits off e-bay (purists and psychos will note that they don't have the right number of cargo pockets, but their unrelenting orange makes up for it), and everything else from walmart. And then I (along with a lot of hot glue) put it all together.

Another group sporting orange jumpsuits would be convicts. So, I think they must have traded some cigarettes for them from a crew picking up trash on the side of the road.

It's funny that you mention that, because in a recent NY Times study, X-Wing pilots are the most popular costume among convicts.
